That’s why LUMA GIRLS focuses on ages 8–14—the stage when research shows confidence and self-esteem often take their biggest dip.

At LUMA GIRLS, we create a safe, sparkly space where girls can breathe, connect, and just be themselves. Through simple mindfulness, self-love practices, and confidence-building experiences, we help girls shine from the inside out.

My daughter celebrated her 11th Birthday Party here back in the fall. The girls are still talking about what a fun experience it was. My daughter just loved it. They enjoyed dancing, the essential oils activity, and the soundbath! Marissa was wonderful with the girls and made this experience fun and unique! I totally recommend for a special tween/teen party experience!

I highly recommend LUMA GIRLS! We first came for a Girl Scout event, and my daughter loved it so much we returned for her 10th birthday.
